IMPORTANT. Please note: For security
reasons, we reserve the right to only ship
to the billing address. Prices shown are all inclusive for all parts of the UK. Delivery - Orders are despatched by Royal Mail first class.
We aim to process your order as swiftly and
efficiently as possible. With the exception
of Weekends and Public Holidays orders
should be despatched within 48 hours.
Please note, no matter how quickly orders
are despatched, it can still take five days
for first class to arrive.
If you have not received your order within
10 days from the order date, customers
should contact us. Should we be unable to
locate the missing parcel a replacement will
be sent. Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and
may be withdrawn at any time. If we are not
able to supply the goods for any reason we
will immediately refund all money paid for
them. Returns - We makes every effort to
ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
However in the unlikely event of a product
arriving damaged, customers need to contact
us within 3 days of receipt and return the
package within 10 days, for a replacement to
be sent. If we make a mistake with your
order we will make every effort to rectify
the situation to your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase from us, simply return it to
us in its original packaging within 14 days
for a full refund.
Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made
where the goods are returned unused,
unopened and in re-saleable
condition. We cannot accept liability for
returned goods lost or damaged during
transit. You are advised to wrap the product
carefully to avoid damage. You are also
advised to return goods by recorded
delivery, or by courier. Proof of postage
will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Please remember to give us your name and
address, and a copy of your purchase
receipt. Refunds - Refunds for valid claims
will be made via the same method of payment
as used to place order. Ireland
delivery costs. All goods charged in pounds
but you can opt to pay the equivalent in
Euros after connecting to WorldPay.
